Prop Deflector
The prop deflector is designed to protect the propeller, the overall performance of the engine and craft at speed.
The deflector bar is made from stainless steel and therefore avoiding potential damage to the welds, but still offers great strenght.
Originally the prop deflector was made fort he rescue sector. And before it came tot he commercial and leisure markets, it was proven to be very succesful in use by this sector.
In reality a craft achieving a top speed of 30 knots, is losing only 5% overall speed.
